Sandra sapeta
Sandra started her incredible journey in 2017, developing her physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional practice. Last year, she completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training, and she is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a yoga teacher.
Since then, she has been teaching yoga to small groups/private classes and assisting her senior yoga teacher, Alina Bialek, with 2024 yoga teacher training.
With the confidence and experience gained throughout this year and a half, she stepped by herself to teach a 6-week yoga beginner course.
Step into the transformative world of yoga with Sandra's invigorating Vinyasa group classes, where the flow of breath and movement intertwine seamlessly. With a heartfelt approach, she weaves kindness into every class, creating a warm space where she offers variations and hands-on adjustments.
